What will you get?
You will receive a new workout every week that I recommend doing at least three times weekly at any suitable part of the day. With each training exercises will gradually become more complicated to challenge your muscles and maintain your progress.
Speaking of a workout format, each training I will be accompanying you from the very beginning to the end of the workout. All you need is to press a play button and begin! In addition to the workout itself, you will have an access to a video library with explanatory videos and useful tips for each exercise. To make following a workout plan even more comfortable, you get a pdf-format of each training to either quickly check it on your phone or print it out before starting the workout.
